中国家政服务业处于快速发展阶段,iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示,2018年中国家政服务行业市场规模将达5540亿元,其中,母婴护理已成为家政服务行业市场份额占比最大业态,达31.4%,一线城市金牌育儿嫂平均月薪达15000元。目前,中国家政服务业已形成包括员工型和平台型两种主要商业模式和成熟的产业链,但同时也面临着供需结构失衡、规模化程度低、服务人员资质认定不健全等发展题。
