关于“老年产业”的报告

Among them, the CHERISH-YEARN which focus on the elderly care and operation realized the profit of 81.409 million RMB through the development of “Estate development+ Operation” mode; Vanke Real Estate realized more than 95% occupancy rate by constructing the pension trinity of home care, institutional pension and community pension mainly for elderly over the age of 60; Taikang Life Insurance applied the development model of “ageing community + rehabilitation hospital” and completed the chain layout all over the country.
