活动现场,《2024-2025年中国预制菜产业发展蓝皮书》(以下简称“《蓝皮书》”)正式发布。《蓝皮书》由第三届中国国际(佛山)预制菜产业大会组委会指导,艾媒咨询、南方农村报共同编写,是系统反映2024-2025年中国预制菜产业发展状况的权威年度报告。
