随着疫情防控的逐渐好转,全国房地产开发投资自从6月份首次回正以来,随后均呈现全面复苏和平稳增长的趋势。数据显示,截止2020年9月,房地产开发企业到位资金136376亿元,同比增长4.4%。但是由于冬季即将到来,北方城市会逐步迎来停工期,因此,房屋新开工面积下降3.40%。
