The consumers of night economy not only help to stimulate the domestic demand of local residents, but also extend the retention time of foreign tourists and business office workers, and promote the development of local economy. During the epidemic period, large-scale activities in Europe, America and other places were basically cancelled, and economic activities at night almost stopped. On the Chinese side, under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, various parts of the country have issued policies to encourage the development of night economy and promote the growth of night consumption supply and consumption demand. It is estimated that the development scale of China's night economy will increase to 36 trillion yuan in 2021. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities vigorously promote the development of night economy, tap the consumption potential through the upgrading of night consumption, and become benchmark cities for the development of night economy. Although constrained by climate and other factors, China's night economy is "strong in the South and weak in the north" as a whole, the prosperity of online economy has brought opportunities for the development of night economy in high latitude cities. -

地区经济、交通运输和旅游业的发展促进中国城市商圈繁荣发展,iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)监测发现,广东地区对商圈的关注度最高,高收入企业白领是中国一线城市商圈主要消费者;非一线城市在交通运输和旅游业的带动下,也步入商圈快速发展阶段。但值得注意,由于中国商圈的高速发展,商业业态同质化现象严重、商圈客群粘性低等可能成态同质化现象严重是制约商圈进一步发展的主要问题。

China's first-tier cities have densely distributed business districts, and there are a large number of core business districts. The shops in the business circle are densely populated and the transportation is convenient. The number of non-first-tier cities is small, but driven by economic development, transportation and tourism, the non-first-tier cities develop rapidly. According to iiMedia Research, the concentration index of Chengdu's business district is the highest, reaching 138.0, followed by Chongqing and Shanghai, which business circle intensity indexes are 133.6 and 102.3 respectively. At present, the Chinese urban business district has experienced the traditional department store period and the shopping mall period, and has now entered the period of large-scale commercial complex, forming a multi-center, multi-level, networked business circle distribution pattern. However, at this stage, China's urban business district still has problems such as serious homogenization of commercial formats, low attraction of business districts, and low customer density in the business circle. In the future, transformation and upgrading, consumers’ demands and the construction of a “smart business circle” are important directions for the development of urban business districts. -

截至2018年底,中国已形成广州大学城、杨浦大学城、长安大学城周边等初具规模的大学城商圈模式,其中,上海杨浦大学城商圈在交通便利度、业态丰富度、客流量方面都较为突出。根据艾媒舆情商情数据检测系统显示,江苏地区对大学城商圈关注度最高,占比21.7%。此外,iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示,在大学生不同领域的日常消费支出中,超两成的大学生以线下培训学习消费为日常主要的消费项目之一,教育培训机构在大学城商圈发展仍有较大发展潜力。整体而言,目前中国大学城的整体规划及开发力度仍比较欠缺,没有充分利用到大学城的辐射影响。未来,可加强对大学城资源的挖掘,带动大学城周边如住房、科研基地等发展吸引其他产业如商业服务、配套设施、旅游休闲和房地产等方面的进入,打造更完善的大学城商业服务圈。

Educational and training institutions still have great development potential in the University City business circle. Overall, the overall planning and development of university towns in China are still relatively inadequate, and the radiation impact of university towns is not fully utilized. In the future, we can strengthen the excavation of University City resources, promote the development of surrounding areas such as housing, scientific research bases, attract other industries such as commercial services, supporting facilities, tourism and leisure, real estate and other aspects, and create a more perfect university city business service circle.
