Additionally, the top three expectations of consumers for new energy vehicle charging piles are, in order, lower charging prices (36.61%), the widespread use of "car power banks" (36.01%), and higher charging efficiency (34.08%). Overall, the acceptable time for consumers to find a charging pile is concentrated within one hour, providing clear guidance for the layout of the charging pile network and the optimization of the charging pile search system.
