从2020年2-3月中国房地产土地开发与销售情况来看，2-3月份，房地产业土地购置面积1969.0万平方米，同比增长80.3%；房地产业土地成交价款977.0亿元，同比增长121.8% 。土地成交面积及成交价款均有大幅的上升，主要因为1-2月受疫情影响严重，3月后，中国的疫情控制效果显现，疫情影响有所减弱，房地产行业开始有复工迹象。
