iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示,截至2月9日,73.7%的受访职场者表示其所在企业仍未复工,其中已经复工的企业多数集中在互联网/电子商务/IT/通讯行业,且主要采取居家办公模式。在居家办公的受访者当中,41.1%表示其日均办公时长延长;34.7%认为自身工作效率有所提升;76.8%透露其所在企业在新春办公期间尝试了新型在线办公软件。艾媒咨询分析师认为,此次“新冠肺炎”会促使大众对居家办公模式产生更深刻的认知,同时激发大量在线办公软件需求。中国在线办公软件市场发展尚未成熟,疫情的偶发性虽然为在线办公软件市场带来曙光,但用户需求的刚性和粘性仍需要进一步培养。

C端支付行业饱和,B端支付增速放缓。C端支付市场,支付宝、财付通双寡头格局形成。艾媒北极星系统显示2019年2月支付宝月活跃用户数高达55,651.99万,稳居第一地位,排名第二的翼支付仅有支付宝的1/7,排名第八的拉卡拉支付仅为支付宝1/813倍。B端支付市场方面,2018年联网POS机和银行卡联网商户数达2,733万台和3,451万户,同比增长9.49%和5.42%,增速有所下滑。同时,第三方支付行业政策趋严,2018年,央行对第三方支付违规处罚力度空前。第三方支付机构至少收到2.03亿元处罚。但随着行业逐步规范化,中小支付机构运作成本增大,行业资源将向更加规范的头部企业聚集,与其他体量较小的支付机构拉开差距。
