活动现场,《2023年中国预制菜产业发展蓝皮书》(以下简称“《蓝皮书》”)正式发布。《蓝皮书》由第二届中国国际(佛山)预制菜产业大会组委会指导、艾媒咨询和南方农村报共同编写。
